Network Latency Statistics

On the "Network Latency Statistics" page you can review the latency status of the selected version across regions, network types, and ISPs—helping developers troubleshoot the impact of high network latency on game performance. The page contains Network Latency Trend & Distribution, Country/Region Network Latency Distribution, and ISP Distribution.

1. Network Latency Trend & Distribution

In the trend module, mobile projects can view latency fluctuation trends and match counts across network types (Wi-Fi, 5G, 4G, 3G, 2G) over the selected time range. PC projects do not distinguish network types. You can switch between chart and table views.

In the distribution module, mobile projects can view the cumulative latency distribution by network type over the selected time range. The table breaks down the latency-bucket share for each network type. Alt text

2. Country/Region Network Latency Distribution

The country/region module visualises latency distribution on a map. Mobile projects can switch network types. The table shows the latency-bucket share by region. You can apply secondary filters and download the data. Alt text

3. ISP (Network Service Provider) Distribution

View average latency and latency distribution per ISP. Mobile projects can switch between network types. Click "View Trend" on each row to expand the trend data for that ISP. Alt text
